Digital Spark Consulting Services
Digital Spark sessions provide strategic consulting, analysis, and recommendations, delivered through two key documents: an orientation note and the ROC Prompting Guide. PontSys' scope is strictly limited to advisory services and does not include development, implementation, or execution of technical work unless explicitly contracted separately in writing.
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is provided by default for all consulting engagements to protect your intellectual property and business information. Data retention is limited to a maximum of 24 months in compliance with Quebec Law 25.
Limitation of Liability
PontSys Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of this website.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada.
Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
5. Payment
Digital Spark sessions are paid online via Stripe (CAD $750, taxes extra). A secure checkout link is provided upon booking confirmation. Stripe accepts credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. An invoice is emailed after payment.
(For Roadmap / Prototype Packs: 40% deposit via Stripe at order, balance on delivery.)
6. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the session. After this deadline, one free rescheduling is allowed.
7. Refund Policy
"Insight or Refund" guarantee valid for 7 days for Digital Spark sessions (full refund). Contact us by email if you feel you didn't receive value.
